Creating the utility user’s routing list

1 Log on to ViewPoint as the utility user.
2 Choose
File > New > Routing List. If you see the Welcome to the Routing List Wizard
screen, click
Routing List Editor. The Routing List dialog opens.
3 Give the Routing List a
Name to help you identify it with the queue, such as “To Sales.”
4 If there are any actions listed (for example, “Call my Preferred Location”), select each one
and then click
Delete.
